What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering, you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, that will prepared freshly on the same day of delivery.

“We will not charge you anything, until the final price of meats are determined and you received your order.”

What does the temporary hold mean ?

When you place your order, instead of immediately charging your card, we place an authorization hold (%15) in case your total turns out to be lower or higher due to weight adjustments for butcher shop products. 

After delivery, the accurate weight of meat will calculated and your card will be charged for the final total. you also will receive the final invoice by e-mail or physically with your order.

How long will delivery take?

We Deliver your orders between 6 p.m to 8 p.m o’clock of every day. And you can schedule the delivery date that will be provided to you once your order is placed on checkout page. Learn more …

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
